SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on any order over $65 (so long as expedited shipping is not selected). Shipments are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days from the shipping date. Shipments are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (Mountain Standard Time) excluding major holidays. All orders received after 12 p.m. (MST) will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day. USPS tracking might take up to 1-2 days for tracking services to begin.

We love our products and hope you do too! If you’re not 100% happy, please email solutions@pinkjasmineorganics.com within 90 days of receipt of your order so we can help. Please include your name, address, order number and reason for return. We do not offer complimentary return shipping at this time.

Please note subscription shipments after your first order are not eligible for return, refund or cancellation after they have been charged. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the original shipping charges. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer in the event products are returned to you. We will not provide a refund for a request that is received more than 90 days after the original order receipt.

If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 90 days of purchase.
